They are not intended to, and cannot, replace the original source, i.e. the Settlement Agreements. There is no substitute for reading and understanding the Settlement Agreements and the amendments thereto, which are the documents that contain the controlling provisions. It is further recommended to consult with an attorney regarding the legal implications of the Settlement Agreements.
